Delivery and returns.

Delivery is$8 below$100 in merchandise value, calculated before the welcome saving. From$100, delivery is included. A10% welcome saving applies to the products and not to delivery.

Enter a usable street address and contact details. Your kit reference ties that destination to the selected machine and accessory family.

For return enquiries, email support@steamfloor.shop with the reference and model name. Keep the original parts, packaging and instructions together and wait for a confirmed return address.

If equipment appears damaged or a part does not match the recorded family, do not fit it or use it under steam before the issue is addressed.
